Terms and Conditions
Bookings
Appointments are requested through this website and confirmed personally with you on WhatsApp. A booking is only confirmed once we have replied to you.
Cancellations and late arrivals
Please give us at least 24 hours' notice on WhatsApp if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged. If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened so that we do not keep the next client waiting.
Prices
Prices are in South African rand. The price confirmed to you on WhatsApp applies to your booking or order. Extras, such as 3D nail art, are added where chosen.
Press-on orders
Press-ons are made to the length, shape and style you choose. Please check your sizing photo and measurements carefully before you order. Once production has started, orders cannot be changed or refunded, except where a product is faulty.
Custom designs
Custom ideas and pictures are used to give you a quote. We may decline a design we are not able to create.
Delivery
Delivery and processing times are estimates, not guarantees. The delivery option you choose is shown before you send your order.
Your information
Your name, WhatsApp number, measurements and pictures are used only to confirm, make and manage your booking or order. We do not share them publicly.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies.
